What are the selling fees on RE-NYA?
The fees are very simple and straightforward. For sales of £10* or more, you keep 91% of your sale and RE-NYA’s commission is 9%. Once your sale has been delivered and received by your buyer, the earnings from your sale are yours.

You can list men’s, women’s and kid’s Asian Fashion on RE-NYA.
Clothing Condition
- Never Worn, with Tag
A never-worn item with tag is an item which has never been worn and still has the original purchase hangtags on it (include a photo of the tag).
- Never Worn
A never-worn item without a tag is an item which has never been worn and shows no defects or alterations.
- Great Condition
An item in great condition is a second-hand item which has been only lightly used and extremely well maintained, which can show slight defects from usage. These must be mentioned in the description and visible on the photos.
- Good Condition
An item in good condition is a second-hand item which has been worn and well maintained. If the item has defects, they must be mentioned in the description and visible in the photos.
Why do I need to provide extra information on custom made items?
As the garment is not made to the standeradised grament size, we need key measurements (bust, waist, waist and shoulders) to help the buyer make a more informed decision on the item.
How long does my product get listed for?
There are no time limits on listings and they will stay listed until sold or if you remove the listing manually.

What are the shipping terms?
The shipping terms are dependent on the individual seller. So, make sure you always check their policies on their account.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email notification including your tracking information and when your package will be shipped.
What are the return & refund policy?
All Paypal transactions, you are entitled to a full refund if:-
1) Your item does not arrive
2) Is damaged
3) Different to the sellers description.
